Respect for your privacy
CID Couriers respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at CID Couriers's Web site.
Information collectionThe CID Couriers server, as almost all other web servers on the Internet, stores a list of visits to the server. This log is created on our hosting companies machine and as such CID couriers or it's agents have no control over it. We may use this log to assess which are the most popular sections of the web site and to assist in improving the navigation and content. This file, called an access-log file, records some very basic information about you: the date and time of visit; what pages of our site you looked at; the address of the web site from which you linked to cidcouriers.co.uk; what kind of web browser you are using; and your IP address. This log file cannot identify your e-mail address or any other personal information. CID Couriers does not use any form of automatic system to associate your IP number to any other information you give to us while using our sites, and will not do so manually unless special circumstances require such an action.
CID Couriers does not collect any information through our website except when you request a price quote. We collect only the information you submit and your IP address, no other information is collected.
We collect this information through the online quotation form. To receive our products and services, a minimum of your contact details, departure and destination points are mandatory because we need this information to be able to reply with your quote. Other information we request is optional.

the convenience of the website user. No user identifiable data is stored or transmitted.
